Tom Cruise and Sylvester Stallone officially love you.

We should get Tall or Apo to try these on, they can afford it. I just want to see what they would look like at 6'8 and in a full suit.

Who makes those lifts? Can you get those in brown? And do they actually give you 5" have you measured yourself after wearing them?

What is the style name and number I might order those.

I don't even think you can walk normally in so tall shoes.
My gait was a little weird to my 2.5 inches bugarri shoes, I'm sure that with these will look completely hilarious.

I hope I'm wrong but after all I think it is a big fault to wear so tall shoes, because people who know you will easily notice it and also, if you find a woman then if you remove your shoes you will be completely ridiculed.
If an elevator shoe can add a solid 5-6 cm, then it is perfect. However, most of them have 6-7cm heels but are much shorter on the front side and finally you wear something bulky which make your gait look weird and they dont give you more than 4-5 solid cm's, which are 1-1,5 cm more than a normal shoe.
Thats why most of the elevator shoes have more drawbacks than benefits.

I can walk around 95% normally in Bugarri Lorenzo's which give 4 or 5 inches.

Have you measured your height with these shoes on and they give you a solid 4 inches?
Or this is just how tall the shoes say they are?

Because I have 3 different pairs of Bugarries which are very elegant and with a good quality, but all of them give you in reality 1,5-2 cm less than what they say to.
One say that it gives 9cm and they give less than 7 while another one should give 7cm and give about 5. The last give 1,5cm less (from 6 to 4,5cm).

For a Bugarri shoe (which are some of the best elevator shoes nevertheless) to give you a solid 4inches is almost insane. Im not talking about 5inches which is too much even for women's shoes.
Please make another one measure and tell us your before and after height.

Nice pics rgkey! I actually believe that's a good idea. How easy is it walking with boots plus lifts?

How much did you pay for your Bugarri shoes? And do you ever feel really tall when walking in public with them on? (considering it is like being 6'1 barefoot)

I do feel very tall in Bugarri Lorenzo 5 inch elevator shoes, but that's because they put me at 6'2ish, or maybe even a little bit more. Even when I wear lifts that "only" make me 6'0, I feel tall and noticably above average in height.

I can go to clubs and parties and get a lot of attention from the ladies with minimal effort being 6'1 or 6'2. It's pretty crazy. Socially, everybody automatically treats me with so much respect at that height, and it's easy to be the center of attention. And, after clubbing and partying, when things get intimate/shoes come off, the focus is elsewhere and the height drop isn't noticed. The bugarri Lorenzo shoes may be the best $70 I've ever spent. Much less risky than LL too. The problem is that I obviously can't wear them all the time and often worry about people finding out and exposing my secret to the world. Plus, I have to be careful about being barefoot around people who typically interact with me while I'm wearing the shoes.

I also wear high top converse with 8CM lifts in them. In reality, this gives me a boost of about 7CM.

It's pretty easy to walk normally in lifts once you get the hang of it. It does take some practice, but it's well worth it.

Being that tall is really fun for me, like living a dream, but, like I said, I typically only wear the 5 inch Bugarri Lorenzo's and clubs and parties which I attend with average height girls and super short male friends who wouldn't be able to notice the height increase as much as friends near my natural height. In my day to day life I'm just a normal non-tall guy and that is fine as it's the best I can do right now and is still pretty fun.

Thanks for the reply! I might consider getting lifts that make me look a bit taller.  For now though I wear normal trainers, which put me a tad below 5'10.  Being 5'8 barefoot myself, I get told that I am average and not short, even when I wear shoes that don't have extra height boost, despite feeling short more often than feeling tall (when surrounded by males).

Would you say that 6'1 is a much better height than 5'11? Because I plan to lengthen to 5'11, and maybe after that do my femurs for 6'1. But I would feel a little guilty exceeding 6' as (despite me not being the tallest of my close relatives) there are no close relatives above 6' except for my dads brother who is 6'1.  However I do want to live the best and most proud life possible, even if I might be a little fake at the 6'1 dream height (I wouldn't be out of proportion at that height).

Unlike most people, I don't blame you for wanting LL at 5'10. I would very likely consider the same thing if I had both tall backgrounds and I ended up at that height. A lot of people are misunderstanding like that, but 5'10 is average; 6'1 is tall.

Also, if (hopefully when!) you lengthen, would you do tibia, femur or both?

5 inch elevator shoes really can make you look taller a lot than before.but when you buy the 5 inch elevator shoes, you should considering the shoes comfort.if you are the first time to wear elevator shoes,as a professional personage,I have to tell you that you will feel uncomfortable if you wear 5 inch elevator shoes.you can choose the short increaser shoes, such as 2,2.5,or 3 inch shoes to wear a few time, then choose 5 inch elevator shoes
