My balerina is hearting me . I'll talk to the Dr.today,Iam going to stop lengthening once for all.
When the Dr. saw me last month he told me to keep lengthening twice daily for three days and then rest one day for about 4 weeks and then we will decompresse (we will turn the screws the other way ) that should be very good for my balerina he said .
So today we're going to phone him and tell him that i want to stop lengthening before the end of the month.

Sam,you don't have to go further if you dont feel ok.I think 17 cm it's a huge progress.Many of us will never have that much hight.You\re a hero.

Hey sam I'm wondering how you have achieved 17 cm in just your External Tibias???. . . Most people here gained a maximum of 8 cm on their External Tibias???. . Cause I want atleast 15 cm, do you think its possible with just my External Tibias?

SAM is a special case,please read about it in the diary.
No normaly you don;t get 15 cm in tibias...maybe 12 cm if you are a girl,but that's not safe all the time.

Like littleangel said you can make 12 cm at most but it's risky and very painful .

My ballerina in my left foot is almost gone and much better in my right foot.I am walking bare footeda lot,stand against the wall .
On Saturday Iam going to have an Xray which hopefully is going to be all right.
I have defenitly stopped lengthening 4 days ago ,and I feel great

I am a patient in Beijing right now.  There are two other active diaries from Beijing atm so I dont feel like making another one.

Hi sam I'm 170 cm,  22 year old male from bahrain and have considered the cosmetic limb lengthening surgery with dr salameh however I have some concerns that I hope to get an answer of from someone who has done the surgery down there:
1- How long does it typically take to lengthen up to 10 cm since time is a major obstacle to me as my employer won't grant me more than 4 months of leave, so how long did it take you to obtain the first 10 cms?
2- How about the accomodation in syria do you think I can make it with $25000 for the surgery plus accomodation?
3- Is syria safe nowadays and is it safe down there in the clinic or you think I'm undertaking a risk by considering to do the surgery over there?

And if dr salameh clinic does not conform to my requirments can someone recommend diffrent clinics which charge reasonable price and don't require a  stay of more than 4 months?

Hi everyone.It's been a long time since my last post ,I am so sorry but .
I hope all of you are doing fine

About 13 days ago ,Dr. Sallameh came over and saw my x-ray it was fine.But my ballerina wasn't gone yet ,so now I am decompressing,for a half cm,that should enough .

You know what thought, it's partially my fault because I am very lazy, I am not doing my stretches enough!!!
I am going to post my last x-ray and a new photo of my legs.

Hi,lengthening 10cm might take you 4 months. It could take more or less.

About the present situation in Syria ,i can't advise you it's up to you, but I am OK. So are other patients of Dr. Sallameh.We're not witnessing anything unsecure.

As for the expences i don't know for sure but you might see Tramp's diaries for help. If you are really interested in lengthening with Dr. Sallameh you might email hi.

Hey Sam, I think it's time we bump you up to LL Trooper. It's one step beyond LL Veteran as far as I'm concerned. You hold the record for most lengthening on one segment on this site 17 CM+ on your tibias. Amazing. Congrats on your progress so far.

Thanks for the response sam I have emailed him and he said it takes 3 to 4 months and 20000, 15000 for the surgery and 5000 to correct a potential ballerina foot, I have searched for tramp diary but was unable to find it and I need to get a rough estimate about the general expenses plus the accomodation of 4 months in syria.  :(
Any help?
