Nice chart. How did you screen shot that thing? Is your monitor really that big?

Most likely took 2 screenshots and put them together.

Hello. Im always enjoying your diary. Im so happy to see you are in good conditionXD hope it lasts to the end. Anyway, i have two questions. I actually contacted the hospital via e-mail and i wondered who replied my e-mail(my questions). Do you know who sent me back the e-mail?the Dr. Sarin? plus im actually not native english speaker so how well do you think i should speak and understand it? I understand this community and Dr. Sarin's web site but i still worry about this. thank you so much for your kindness.

Update:
Progress: 4.6 cm
Pain: My pain levels fluctuate around 4-5 most of the day and flares up to 6-7 during the nights. It is getting difficult for me to sleep due to the pain. I don't think there is anything Sarin could do the fix the pain besides giving pain killers since is general achiness due to my current lengthening rate of 1mm/day.. My goal at this point is 5.5cm on the left leg (due to preexisting leg length discrepancy) and 5 cm on the right leg. My reasoning behind the relatively fast lengthening rate is that I would rather suffer through 8-9 days of moderate to high pain and then to get these f***ing frames removed than go at a slower lengthening rate and feel moderate pain but for a longer period of time.. and besides 8-9 days of opiate painkillers wouldn't do me any harm.
Ballerina: My left leg is starting to drop recently. It takes a lot of stretching and some time to bring my foot to 90 degrees. But my right leg still manages to stretch beyond 90 degrees. I feel that I might be able to walk away with no ballerina on my right leg and about 2-3 cm of ballerina on my left leg.
Update on Cooldoc: Cooldoc went back home 2 days ago after finishing 6.8 cm in his tibiae. He now holds the record for fastest LL journey of all time. His average lengthening rate was around 1.25mm/day.. He took a really big risk by finishing his journey within 2 months and a week and only time will tell if he consolidates or not. One thing is for certain, he is very intelligent physician and he knows how to balance out the risks and benefits. His muscles were also very flexible due to his experience with martial arts. I am sure he will recover fast. And being a physician has its perks especially with hospital equipment and pharmacy.
Disclaimer: This, in no way, should make people think that its easy to go through LL and be done within 2 months.(Let 'em know Kaizen).. Cooldoc took a risk and he suffered through a lot of pain only because he had a very small window of time to do this procedure and had done his research and planned his recovery. I just wanted to update his condition and I will not answer any questions related to him.

Good stuff Sam, keep going mate, you're nearly there. Great idea keeping a spreadsheet record of the daily pain scale and some nice info in your diary too. Would you say that your time has passed quickly in India? I'd imagine you'd be joking about with the LL'ers in the house and keeping occupied with watching films and things. Is there something or anything you'd change about your experience or something you'd look back on and think perhaps alter differently to make the experience easier? I'm going to email Dr Sarin in a short while to ask him a few things in relation to the whole thing and hopefully get a bigger picture on where I can fit into this crazy party. Keep gaining them mm's mate. cheers, speak soon.

Update: Progress: 4.8 cmrick116: I actually don't know who could have replied back to you from the hospital. But if you are trying to get in touch with doctor Sarin you should email him or call him from the information given on his website. http://www.drsarin.in/height-gain.html .. He currently has a patient at this guest house who is also not native in English and she manages to go through this just fine. I hope that helps. Mdragon, Dookieman, AL4N: Thanks guys, I appreciate any kind of encouragement. Ilike8cm: Thank you. I am still shocked at how fast this journey has gone by. But going slow has its own advantages as well when it comes to pain and ballerina. Here's my recent spreadsheet:

Dan J: Thanks. My time here in India has definitely passed quickly. Dookieman was spot on when he said that the guest house is like a college dorm life. I spent most of my time in the common room or socializing with other patients. I can't say the same for the people living at the hotel right now but it is only temporary. But I hope that we can establish the same type of dorm culture at the new guest house. I can't think of things that I could change if I were to go back and do it again but I'll think and get back to you on that.

Arche: I could take a picture of the kitchen and post here but it wouldn't matter because we're moving to the new guest house in 2 days. I swear man, either me or ST, we will take a video tour of the new guest house and post it here... I think that'll satisfy your need for pictures! lol.
To all: I'm nearing the end of my journey. I have set the frame removal date to July 30th and I will set/confirm my return ticket to around August 9th. If I missed your questions please repost them, I'll be happy to answer them. I have learned a great deal about this procedure and a lot of its medical aspects through doing research and I was lucky to have a roommate like Cooldoc (a physician) teach me everything about LL. I had a pretty smooth ride up until the last couple of days with only some minor speed bumps. Honestly, just having the knowledge of why/how something is occurring the way it is, reduces a lot of stress and anxiety from LL.
