I'm afraid your rather unlettered, undeserved response towards Nobigdeals opinions obligates me to "rip you a new one" as it were, to teach a lesson to all those out there who dare try and intimidate others into censoring their thoughts because some peasant like yourself doesn't feel medical supervision and attention to scarring is a big deal.

To say some of the problems we've been going through are only "minor problems" clearly illustrates how ignorant and illiterate you are.

Today, our form of transport broke down due to the radiator giving out to the heat of an Indian summer. People in the guesthouse who are currently entering the final and most painful stages of lengthening are having to cope without air conditioning or even electricity.

The food they've been getting (which I find unacceptable) consisting of Mcdonalds for lunch and KFC for dinner should be supplemented with fresh fruit and veg, which has been compromised caused by security and management.

For you to even dare trivialise such issues shows you haven't even got a grasp for even the most basic of all human needs.

So, instead of advertising that LL is not for pussycats because you're a bit of a bitc*, lighten up, stop calling concerned comrades pussies and ask your mum if you got breast fed because you seem to be lacking in more than just manners.

I'm just raising concerns from what I have read through patient experiences. I may have very well jumped to the wrong conclusions about patient care etc. I am looking at dr sarin as a possibility and that's why I read all India diaries so intently. I guess i was looking for reassurance about surgery in india. Believe me I have some concerns about china too.

I get the impression that dr sarin is highly skilled and a very humble man. It seems that the setup there is going through growing pains in the early stages and it's unfortunate that you guys have to go through it. In a way you are pioneers for foreign LL in India.

It takes courage to say what you anticipate will not be popular.  You raised very valid concerns and did so respectfully.  It's important for me to hear all the responses on this topic.  Thanks for everyone's input so far... the good, the bad, and even the ugly!

@drsarindiaryblog..that post directed at kaizen was kinda rough.i know that our forum is here to provide a balanced ground for discussion and even noobs are given their due respect,but do realize that there is a mature way of presenting things which i humbly believe is lacking in nobigdeal2..it is true that you people are having significant problems at the guest house.but these problems have started mostly because of a S.O.B president and not because dr sarin is trying to be negligent.now i am not in your shoes doing LL so definitely more power to you but i think there are very few doctors in this entire world who would turn up at 11pm in the night because of an emergency call from a patient.if a person needs the state of the art luxuries with no hiccups whatsoever,then you got to go to a place that provides you so.you cant buy a cycle and expect it to accelerate like a ferrari!! .hope i dont offend you.

This is an extremely accurate description of what is happening. One of the reasons we have been working hard on making things smoother here is to help pave the way for future patients.

to ST - I hope you had a good birthday yesterday. We had some fun drinking and relaxing. It looks like the new guest house is going to be ready sooner than anybody thought, and we may be moving in next week. I am told that air conditioners are already there, we will have six rooms with our own elevator, we will have our own generator, and our own water filtration system. I can't wait

Also.. I know the previous post from @DrSarinDiaryblog came off harsh toward @Kaizen & I had a very good talk with him about it & he explained to me that his main intention on that post was to inform everyone that the issues at the guest house are not minor inconveniences. He doesn't want to see anyone suffering, neither at the guest house or at the hotel & wants to make sure that these issues are taken seriously & resolved.. He's been trying his best to ensure better conditions for all of us & he said the reason he took such strong exception to Kaizen's post is cause he felt that Kaizen was sort of belittling the importance & seriousness of the hardships that the LL patients have gone through with the situations at the guest house and at the hotel.

Anyways on a much brighten note... as many have pointed out already, we'll all be reunited in a few days at the new and very big guest house! And in addition to all the lovely perks that @Dryani pointed out... Dr Sarin informed me that the new guest house will also have very fast internet speed & quicker access to all the healthy foods/fruits/juices for all the patients who do not find any comfort in Mc'Donalds & KFC lol

China is not perfect ,but it is a great place to do the surgery because they have a lot of experience and good reputation. and it is not that much expensive than India.

But we live in the hospital,and i saw my doctor everyday in the garden(outside of my room)i just thought it would be nice for doctor to visit me and see how i am doing ,but honestly they are busy they have a lot of patience and do a lot of surgeries.And there are a lot patience who choose China,but too bad they don't write any diary,every week some new international patient come for the final surgery and they are all told me they are very happy with Chines hospital.the patients here have much less pain,even people who are over 30 told me that,one guy is 40 and he had no problems or pain. BUT it is not that China is better than India or chines patience dont write on indians diary(even thou some indian patient dont write on chines diary)but guys honestly it is my opinion ,for me seems like you advertasing dr Sarin and want to people choose india not China,and it is wrong ,even though i wasn't happy with china in the beginning but now when i read this diary I can say THANK GOD i choose China. It is not that other patients was not hones it just ,i think you don not want to write bad things about your doctor and protecting him,even you were not nice to ST. when he was honest.I know that you all will be mad on me and probable will boo me,because that how you treat people when they write something you do not like. And staples in the legs??? are you guys serious??yes,this pictures i saw it is scary and the pain you having,that is crazy,no body in China suffered so much.... i fell bad for you that you have to fell so much pain.

One thing... and this is for everyone who's made interesting comments regarding the close-up pictures of my frames. I took those close-ups because I care about you guys & I want to be as helpful as I can in my diary. However, it seems like everyone overlooked the part where I clearly said that these pictures are about a WEEK POST OP so of course its not gonna look pretty!! C'mon friends.. and the staples are there for extra precaution since its so fresh after surgery. Half of my staples have already been removed & I'll post another super sexy close-up picture for you all AFTER all my staples are removed lol. So with that in mind... can we at least wait till my frames are removed before we start talking about how uglyyyyy St's legs are

That is a very inaccurate statement. China is almost three times as expensive as India. What do you mean by saying it is not much more expensive? Someone could do both femurs and tibias for the price of just tibias in China, and still have money left for extra care when the get home.

That is a pretty wild statement that doesn't even begin to address the differences in lengthening rates, medications used, and different methods (LON vs LATN). Shame on you.

1) You started your China Journey on 30th of may when you reach China.
