Ok fellas,
I have made a decision going to get myself taller by lengthening my tibias.
I will be leaving the States this afternoon (6h from now) on a non stop flight to Beijing.
I'm currently at 158 cm.
I want to get at least 7.5 cm to 8 cm taller.

nice one Stevie, you've made the right decision for coming to china to do your LL surgery. once you're here i probably wont able to greet you  as i'll have my 2nd op to remove my frames. (very happy  ) by the way Dr Xia has retired long ago, he doesn't do surgeries. You probably get Dr. Peng to do it like the rest of us. |

I heard Dr. Xia still does surgeries....but only on a selective basis. I will inquire that he and Dr. Peng do my 2nd operation when the time comes. My first surgery had minor complications so I really really don't want that to happen again.

Wake up guys, It's 8 AM here in Beijing and you guys still in bed. I need company... I'm bored here. I've arrived to Beijing last night, I got someone else luggage. 1 of mine luggage is still at the airport somewhere, that's suck. I might need to go back to the airport to get it today. |

My first week after the surgery wasn't that bad:What I can tell you guys is that I have no pains, no fevers... at all since my surgery on August 6th. I just eat a lot, pee a lot, sleep a lot, and have a lot of fun talking to patients here. I stay on the East Wing with Kato, Phung, and Lyn. They are all very nice: Kato bought me ice cream, Phung gave me his only router (so now he shares with Kato), Lyn gave me a pack of SalonPas. Anyhow, This is my 1st x-ray after the surgery which i took on Friday (5 days after the surgery).

They didn't upgrade me at all. They did put me at the front of the economy class so I had room to stretch out my legs but the ride was uncomfortable, especially because of the supporters. Supporters way too tight and digs into my skin I'm planning to do all that and I shall update soon And I was planning to go to your room one last time before I left and say bye to you guys but the driver just wheeled me out the front of the hospital lol Anyway you should go walk outside - time will pass quicker lol |

2nd X-Ray after the surgery:I took this x-ray on Tuesday, August 21st. That's 15 days after the surgery or 5 days of turning.
