I think you have one of the better diaries ShyShy.  It's concise and has good pictures, along with Youtube videos! You were also the same height that I am right now.

But one thing that is missing for me are pictures of you BEFORE the procedure.  Do you think you can post some of those, if you have any? Thanks for reading!

This might be the worst photoshop u've seen  Cheesy
Posture and shoes r similar, i adjusted the size of the photo post-LL with a graduated ruler to make it conicide with the pre-LL photo.
But it's not highly accurate, it's only to give a rough idea.

Dr Guichet gets some really good recovery results.  There doesn't seem to be many reports of needing titanium rod replacements due to nail bending with Guichet either.  Makes me think the Gnail can tolerate more weight bearing than the Betzbone.

It's not about the nail but the screws.

Haha thx, n always smile on my face  Smiley

idk since it must be hard to bend his nail, but for sure he must have a solution in case of problem.

Actually from what i understood it's both, nails n even more screws.
Leechlet asked Guichet about the solidity of his nail in a video, i'll check that.

You look really good in the picture.

Nice to you're sprinting, squatting and running. I can still barely do that properly.

Thx again,

I honestly don't know the details but if everything is fine from a medical pov, based on my experience, it's only a question of time and PT to get fully recovered^^

I was alone to record myself sprinting 3 days ago, so since 100m was too far away for the beginning of the race, i recorded another sprint of 84,39m sprint.

slow motion mode x8 at the end of the race
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cO5YCSQP-Ms

full race 84,39m
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eKC2TQBvFk

As i could check on my software, it took me ~ 11,5 sec for those 84,39m.
If u count my awful start  Cheesy, that puts me at ~ 13 sec for 100m.

PS: Sry for the quality of the video
