You have to have a certain number of posts before you can create your own thread. You can ask your question here if you would like.

I think Sysop may have moved his post from another thread and make it into a thread of it's own.

I thought it was funny though:

You just did!!!!

Once Sysop reads that you want to have your own diary, he will create one for you. Just be a little patient Smiley
I'm interested in Volgograd, so I'm excited to read your diary!

Good luck!

Just make 10 posts by then and I think you should be able to make a thread. At least i think its 10 unless they changed the limit
I'm pretty sure that you can find 10 topics that interest you here

Russia is cheapest whilst still being credible.   I am from central England and seek to be better proportioned for general movement  and posture purposes.  I don't really care about my height and am very interested in how someones bones would develope abnormally during late growth.  specifically the bending so often seen in people of abnormal proportions.

What do you mean by bending? Bending of which regions? What do you mean by "late growth"?

Not exactly sure, but he may be referring to bowing of the legs in late consolidation phase.

bending of certain bones (femur, tibia).  late growth during teenage years.  I find it interesting that animals simulate to us rarely have significantly out of proportion bodies, yet we humans seem to have it happen more often.

There are several factors which could contribute this.

# Poor diet (sweets, junk food, etc. )
# A much longer growth period than other animals
# Abnormal muscle development ( part of why children should not body build due to possible skeletal deformities)
# Genetics (We also have decreased evolutionary pressure to be in proportion in order to have children)
# Muscular and ligament tension ( can be caused by lack of exercise and is responsible for ballerina foot)

I think a combination of these things may be responsible.

Why look at this?    Why should we find out?

A very simple reason I will post after hearing your thoughts. .

Thnx SysOp. . !!

My questions are regarding stem cells being used by russian surgeons. .  I don't know if anyone knows about it but that's really happening there.

I just saw videos from Michael's website www. naturalheightgrowth. com

I follow MMT and the above website keenly.  And Since this is such a wonderful platform where we have people from across the globe . . . . I thought that if anyone who is or is going to Russia can give us some information about it.

I'm happy to share the price/cost involved for the information.

Cheers

Hi Everyone. . !

Following are some russion videos on youtube.  I could not understand what they are saying but seems pretty much that they are talking about stem cells for limb lengthening and that they were successful in their experiment on sheeps.

Is anyone currently in Russia or going to Russia can find it out and share the info.  with all of us.
Also if anyone knows russian language may be can do the translation for us.

Name of the doctor is Alexander Teplyashin and he lives somewhere in Moscow area.

Cheers !!

This is good news for the future - likely a while away though!

But seriously. .

I wondered if anyone thought about why knowing reasons behind limb shortening during developement (when you are young) would be of help.

I believe that if limb lengthening was defined as corrective surgery instead of purely cosmetic, then the NHS would one day consider it.

I think for that reason alone it is worthy of discussion!

hxxp: www. dailymail. co. uk/health/article-138865/I-longed-air-hostess--I-legs-stretched. html

That is an example of a girl getting LL surgery for free under the NHS!!

And did she get the job as an air hostess?   From what I have heard NO!

So why was she allowed the massively expensive surgery?

Does that story mean anything to any of you?

I'm a new member (long time lurker) and I wanted to ask a kind of weird question:

For those who've had tibia lengthening, is it uncomfortable to sit?  Because your tibias are now longer than ur femurs they are at an incline when u sit down.
