Anyone tried this? They say due to small fractures you can make the bone grow taller.

Tried this one - nothing, not even a 1mm  :-\
Unfortunatelly causing micro fractures in shin bones is not easy

Starting height: 173
Current: 173
Dream height: 180

Average male height in my region: 180
