Hi Phillip25's! I saw you were aiming for 5.5 cm, and I am aiming for the same amount since from what i read, it is a safe limit. (Also I absolutely want to avoid ballerina foots and chances are really low at 5.5) I was going to do like this : -1mm/day to 2cm. -0.75/day to 5cm. -0.5/day to 5.5cm. And so I wanted to know what was your schedule about lengthening rate? Congratz on your 2 cm!

Hi Arch, You want to go with Dr Sringari next year september 2017? Yes exactly, more in october 2017 as I need to finish my contract with work. Also I need to figure out how to get a visa and how to transfer all my money to the hospital, but I will start to search when I'll be closer to october 2017

Hey guys This is my latest X-ray from a few days ago, after turning for 28 days I gained 3.1cm in my left leg and 2.6cm in my right leg I'm trying to catch up from now to my left leg so I'm turning 0.75mm and 1mm in my right leg. I had knee pain in my right leg for the last couple of days, Dr Sringari came to see us in the guest house and give me some medicine. I'm feeling much better and I'm really happy that I'm finally 180cm ,cant wait to start walking aha Cheers

I wanna show you guys my scar in my knee, as we know LL leave us a lot of scars (14 scars in each leg ) so I'm trying a product called Cica-Care which is supposed to be one of the best treatments for scar removal, I will keep using this treatment for a couple of months and I will let you know how it goes Knee scar Silicone gel sheet

Are there any major problems or things you'd like to share with future LL'ers?
Kind greetings, Arch

Its so great to see that you didn't get greedy! finishing LL with no ballerina and knee bending is something i want to achieve and very few people i have seen who were able to get away with it. please give me some advice which will help me avoid such complications. Tell me, how much did you exercise? both during and before the surgery..
I am happy for you and wish you the best. regards, fightforit

Thanks fightforit! Well 6 months before I came to India I trained hard on my flexibility (check on youtube) and don't length more than 6 cm if you want to minimize complications. During lengthening I was stretching around 3-4 hours a day. Also this exercise below was useful to me, attached one elastic band to the frame as hard as you can and leave it for 30 min at the time; do it a couple of times a day Cheers

Hi Philip! Those scars look very well taken care of. It looks like bruise instead of a scar from a surgery =) How long do you intend to stay in India now? What are your total expenses? Mind telling me that Have a great night!
