Hello Truespartan

To be honest there is nth to update , the same suffering everyday , the same stiffness every moment , no improvement in the dorsiflexion in the left leg which will affect my gait for the rest of my life .

My doctor kept reassuring me that it's going to move again but I lost the trust !

Thank you for asking I really appreciate it

Keep up the physical therapy and do it religiously. Go to a PT center 5 days a week, it will come back! I lengthened a total of 17.5 cms and everything is perfect, but it takes time. Your soft tissues have been through a lot of trauma. Praying for you!

Hi Dr LON,
Buddy I wanna ask you whether you have foot drop or just ankle tightness because both are different issues if you have foot drop than you are going through a nerve issue but if you have tightness than you probably having soft tissue healing issues.  Keep up physical therapy.  It takes time but soon you will recover.
