Hi guys

What in your opinion is the limit at to which you will lose dorsiflexion?

Has anyone who completed lengthening managed to get theirs back to normal once you were recovered?

Hey Bro, I lengthened my femurs 11cms and tibiae 6.5cms and my dorsiflexion is perfect and IT bands also. But...it just takes time and a lot of PT....

Hi Steiner,

I am not a LL patient yet, I have no knowledge of the procedure.

But I have read a lot of diaries and I think you'll do fine, just keep working correctly on your soft tissue and don't let fear become the end of your dream.

Seems like you haven't planned well enough, please don't quit now, be patient.

Some of them lengthen over 8CM and still are fine, ofcourse it'll take atleast 1 or even 2 years before recovering.

But it just needs time.

I hope you all the best, make your own rightfull decisions.

Kind greetings,
Arch
